Refund Policy

We hope you love everything you find here. But if something isn’t quite right:

Returns: You may return or exchange items within 21 days of receiving your order for store credit or an exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

How To Start a Return: Email us at hello@thecuriousgiftco.ca with your order number, and we’ll help you from there.

We’re a small shop, so we can’t cover return shipping, but we’ll make the process as easy as possible.
