Hi, I'm Kate — the founder and the person behind every carefully chosen item in this shop.

My grandfather was the original curious mind in my life. He had a deep love of reading, writing, and poetry — but more than that, he had a rare gift for people. He wanted to understand them. He paid attention. He made you feel like you were the most interesting person in the room, because to him, you genuinely were.

That's what I've tried to build here. A shop that pays attention.

I started The Curious Gift Co. because I believe gifting is one of the most human things we do — and it deserves more than a last-minute scroll through a generic catalogue. Every item I carry is something I'd be proud to give someone I love. Something that says: I saw this, and I thought of you.
